If you are looking to hire people, it might be practical to keep track for wich company you are doing this.
That’s why the firs step of the process is to create a company.
here are some usefull tips:
- If you are the HR manager or the general manger of a company, well then it’s your company you
need to create.
- If you work for a recruitement agency, then the company you need to create is the company that hired
you to look for staff (let’s call them, hm, your client)
- You can create as many companies as you want, for example if you are a recruiter that has many clients
- If it makes you feel more comfortable, you don’t need to use any real names
